Ayo Balogun aka Wizkid, Nigeria’s Star Boy has just made amazing waves on the internet and definitely a lot of money in his pocket.
Start Boy fan jersey was announced by Wizkid early in this year has finally been released for purchase but sadly its sold out. The jersey was in collaboration with Nike one of the biggest sport brand.
The shirt had a Logo of wizkid’s label; Star Boy and also an inscription behind paying tribute to Surulere, Lagos where Wizkid is was born and brought up.
Nike announced that the collab with Wizkid is a way of celebrating his Nigerian roots and also his love for football and fashion. The Jersey was available for sale on Monday at a retail for 64.95 Pounds and when converted to Naira, 30,ooo Naira.
The One Africa Music Festival went down at the Madinat Jumeirah Al Sufough, Dubai. It was attended by African Music superstars with performances from; 2Baba, Tekno, Emma Nyra, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, Flavour, Banky W, Vanessa Mdee, Victoria Kimani and much more, it was quite a thrilling affair for lovers of African music.
The show experienced a massive turn out but the high point of the event happened outside between the camps of Nigerian sweethearts, Davido and Wizkid.
Before now, their beef has always been a thing of social media but it just escalated to a whole new level as both artistes and their supporters, were reduced to exchanging blows in Dubai, after they performances.
There has however been reports from Dubai that Wizkid and Davido’s team clashed, after Wizkid reportedly punched one of Davido’s team members.

Starboy Worldwide CEO, Wizkid, has again found himself in the news and of course, did not disappoint with his ability to always hit the nail on the head when necessary.
The singer, was recently on US radio station, Real 92.3 FM where he talked about how he stared music, M.I, his sons and of course baby mamas.
Speaking on how he started making music, Wizkid, revealed that he started off in church at the age of 11, same year he met the late OJB Jezereel, who later gave him several beats to work on.
On his first record, the COME CLOSER crooner, gave a shoutout to M.I Abaga, whom he described as one of the biggest hip hop acts in the country, saying M.I gave allowed him record the hook to his Fast Money, Fast Cars, record, a record that introduced him to the millions in the country.
Asked what he feels about Drake’s reputation of always stealing people’s sound, Wizkid, stylishly declined to answer that.
Jamaican dancehall act, Kemar Donaldson aka Kranium comes bubbling with this star studded jam of life titled Can’t Believe and he enlists the services of our very own Starboy Wizkid and American Rapper, Ty Dolla $ign.
This isn’t the first the trio have connected for a collaboration. Previously they worked with Major Lazer for “Boom”.

Singer, Wizkid, is the newest kid on both RCA/Sony records block.
The ‘Sweet Love‘ crooner, took to his IG page to announce that he recently signed a new deal with RCA Records and Sony Music International on Wednesday and celebrated with the release of the video to his latest, ‘Sweet Love.’
Two weeks ago, Wizkid sought suggestions from his fans on Twitter on when to fix his end of the year homecoming concert for.
Although they agreed to a 5000 naira gate fee, the Starboy promised to speak to his management and then give feedback to his fans and he has not failed on that.
Last night, the multi-award winning artiste announced that December 31st has been scheduled for the homecoming concert and it will hold at the Eko Convention Center. He also added that a followup celebration party will hold at the New Afrika Shrine on January 1st.
